The session takes place in your own space, in the quiet of your evening, just before sleep.

 

Your bed is gently prepared to create a calm and comfortable setting.

 

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

 

Access to water may be needed for simple preparation during the session.

 

If you would like a warm foot treatment, access to a microwave for heating towels may also be appreciated.

 

Everything is kept minimal and respectful, so you can simply relax and rest.
